Q: I passed my post-test, why didn’t I get my CEU certificate?
A: Our policy is to provide CEU certificates within 2 to 10 business days. This time frame allows for extenuating circumstances, such as major accident, illness, fires, and floods. Be aware—there is a REAL person preparing your certificate! That being said, after payment verification, we strive to have certificates emailed to you within 24 hours. If you don’t receive it, check your junk or spam folder. That’s where your certificate will be 99.9% of the time. If it’s not there, email email@example.com. Please include the (1) webinar title, approximate date you took the course, and whether you attended live or view-on-demand. Sent certificate emails are held for two months; PDF certificates are held for seven years.
Q: Are your course CEUs approved for speech and physical therapists?
A: Currently our courses are only approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association; however, we are in the processes of applying for approval by other certifying bodies. Certification information is included in every course description.
Q: What do I do if I cannot set up my account for BrainWorks Online?
A: Don’t stress yourself out! Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your preferred username and password. Both are CaSe sensitive. Your username is permanent; your password must be at least 6 characters long. After verifying payment, your account will be set up. You will receive an email when your BrainWorks Online account is ready to access.
Q: What do I do if my password does not work for BrainWorks Online?
A: Try the password reset feature first. You must use the email you originally registered with. If that doesn’t work, email email@example.com with your preferred password, and she will set it up for you!
Q: How do I change BrainWorks Online activity cards from Spanish to English?
A: Initially, all of the cards show up together, both English and Spanish. To limit the cards you see, use the options in the blue menu bar: “Select Age Group” and then “Select Activity Type.” In the drop-down menu under “Select Activity Type,” the first several options are in English. By selecting one of those, you will only see the English version of the cards.
Q: How do I tell what time live webinars are aired?

To show all webinars in your time zone, click on the “Change time zone” link on the right. Use the drop-down box to select your time zone and then click “Set Time Zone.” All webinars will be displayed in your designated time zone.
Q: How long does it take for live webinars to be available as View-on-Demand?
A: Expect to find the View-on-Demand version of the live webinar on the website by the end of the first full week following the live webinar.
Q: I want to share a webinar with a group. How much will it cost?
A: The general discounts offered for small groups are (a) 15% for 2 to 4 participants or (b) 25% for 5 participants and above. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for special pricing available for organizations with very large groups.
Q: I want to attend a live webinar, but I can’t get PayPal to work. What can I do?
A: Don’t let PayPal stop you from attending a live webinar. Email email@example.com and let her know what’s going on. If PayPal isn’t working for you (we have problems, too), you can snail mail a check.
Q: I didn’t receive the product(s) I ordered. What happened?

Q: How can I download a webinar to listen off-line?
A: All View-on-Demand webinars are powered by YouTube using unlisted links, which are included in the webinar instructions. Click on the link and then click the green “Download” button under the video to view off-line. Pretty cool!
